These shoes have a very comfortable cushion and sole. The leather is soft and does not have a difficult break in period. They seem to fit well around the heel and do not rub very much. The shoes seem a tad bit bigger than normal fit with a bit more room on the out side and toe box, which I like. They don't pinch my toes like some other new dress shoes. These are very comfortable to stand and walk in for long periods of time.Would be a perfect shoe if they had a wide version. I almost said screw it and kept them because they are so comfortable but I know down the line the narrow would destroy my feet. Great color too. Hard to find a nice dark brown shoe nowadays. Was really hoping these would have worked out.Great shoe. It combines comfort with style, and does both very well. It fits my foot perfectly, like most other Ecco brand shoes. I wear a 46 which is just a slightly shorter than a US size 13.
